Cheese

Can you see the rapture in my eyes as I listen intently?  The rapture intensified moments later as I actually sampled the delicious cheeseboard at L'albatross.  These were perfect cheese moments.  But for me, all the cheese moments register as perfection on some level.

A hint of feta in my cous cous salad, stringy delicious mozzerella on my pizza, bubbly integrated cheeses with cauliflower soup,  sharp cheddar in my baked Macaroni and cheese and a decadent embarrassing grilled cheese with valveeta in the middle.  I'm not a snob about it.  I love it all.  Cheese is one of the things I value.
